The Times saying Lampard is in the frame as well as Scot Parker and Craig Bellamy, no mention of Liam as present.
He's in the betting, but it's fair to say the fact he's in the conversation is testament to how he's regarded in the game.

The first week is usually testing and fitness work, so they could be back for the last week of June, do the week with the fitness coach ready for TW to come in the 1st July. There again, officially he will start 1st July, but maybe he will come in a week early to oversea things.

Poor mans lampard.Lampard certainly at Championship level can do a decent job, I've never rated Parker as a coach though.
I remember this, very similar to an early Housemartins songYou must log in or register to see mediaThe frontman still lives and works in Hull and ER. I met him regularly through work during Covid times, so only ever online, both individually and in meetings. A friend’s wife who had worked with him previously tipped me off about his Kettley link. I you tubed the above clip and he was instantly recognisable, and actually not really changed. From that point, every time I saw him on screen I was expecting him to grab a guitar and burst into song.
Far too positive for this board. We need him sacked before the season starts, give a new man a chance. How can you say that when he hasn't lost a game for us?
I think we should stay with the grandparent theme… anyone got a tune for “ his grandad bombed our chip shop”Any new chants for the gaffer. I’ve had one rolling around in my head

Your grandad dropped bombs over Wincolmlee

That'll keep many on here satisfied, the ones that want entertaining football, and the ones that don't want Premier League football. It's the equivalent of not getting Leicester up for three seasons with the biggest budget in the league. And a lot of the stuff I've read has been very mixed, he seems to get entertainment rather than success.
And 2.Bundesliga isn't a patch on the Championship
It’d be fine by meThat'll keep many on here satisfied, the ones that want entertaining football, and the ones that don't want Premier League football.

Easy to overthink current affairs at City at the moment . Can understand the concerns about Walter to a point but from memory I don’t recall many doing a jig about Roseinior either when he was announced by The Big Turk other than he was an ex player. Point being made here is rather than try and dissect all what’s apparently possible with Walter and go on a downer I tend to take a butcher’s elsewhere and look at teams who are improving since making a relatively unknown appointment. Sadly one example is fellow German Danny Rohl over at FC Massive who I suspect might well unfortunately turn out to be one of the surprise teams of next season if the form continues.
Shudder at the thought eh ..football would never hear the end if it.
