New Manager

It seems Mr G is in no hurry and as a true businessman he wants to make sure he has the right person in place for the long run and not the short haul.
I had a trial many years ago for TMKB, but did,nt make the cut. I was a better supporter lolol. There was a young defender trialing that day, I deemed him to be fat useless slow, and going no-where.
How wrong could I be as he did go on to make it, not just for The Gills but his National side and Man Utd?
Since living here in the Algarve for 20 years now, I have had the pleasure of meeting up on serval occasions with said above person and is a charming man.
BUT I see he is now the bookie's favorite to become the new Gaffer. Not sure with his past career as a Gaffer would he be right for us?????

Are talking about mr. Bruce?
He came to Norwich from you, and ended up with hero status (milk cup semi final beating Ipshit). Everytime we needed a new manager, he was always linked with us. Apparantly, his record and behaviour as a manager was what let him down.

I love Steve Bruce for his time at the club, but I just feel he don't deserve our supporters and I wouldn't want to put him through that, we are a lot more demanding these days, so leave the good memories in the past where they belong. All the best Steve.

He was in Medway around the 7th Oct and as usual people put 2&2 together and make 5 but it was nowt to do with the vacant managers position. It is as you say mate, every time you need a new manager they get linked.
