We need someone to come in on a short term basis to keep us in the Championship and worry about the longer term during the rest of this campaign. I have always been an admirer of Sean Dyche and his ability to keep a relatively small market team at the top table for a reasonable length of time. Lansdown needs to swallow his pride and push the boat out to follow his own self professed dream of wanting to see Bristol City plying their trade at a higher level. Am I right in thinking there is some bad blood spoiling the possibility of getting Dyche, or some person of the same class, to come and work with us because, if that is correct, I might be tempted to put forward the theory that we have had a back room gremlin spoiling each and every chance we have of success. Should that gremlin be Steve Lansdown, as I suspect, then any hope we have of reaching the promised land that every supporter deserves for their loyalty is disappearing up somebody's backside. I have lost track of how many posts asking basically the same old questions I, and many others, have posted over the years without ever getting the answers. Here we go again.
P.S. What were the issues with Sean Dyche, as I have a huge gap in the history of Bristol City due to no coverage of English football in Canada during the late 70's and early 80's and the internet was in it's infancy and media coverage was not available. Thanks crow.
PPS>. I can't see any on the thread list that take my fancy.
