This was known about days ago and has only just been announced, so I would suggest the opposite -- nothing else to report, so they decided to announce this even though it's days late.
Maybe, although I was thinking that they decided to get around to announcing it because they wanted that done before they name the Head Coach.

This sums Beale up. Everything he says is sensible and well thought out. But he's managed to make it the most boring, uninspiring and unengaging talk possible. Feels like the type of boring training you would get in a crap job, even the slides are dry.
