However, if he going to finish top half he'll need a squad (available) to do that. The last two haven't. More to the point if we want to build they'll need to be ours not loans and the last one to finish top end didn't have that either.

Focus on building the squad Acun (or more to the point let those you've appointed do that) and stop ****ing around with the head coaches every 6 months.

 

Hopefully, Acun actually has some faith in this guy and it works because he’s looking to bring in double the backroom staff Sellés, Walter and Rosenior had and we’re still currently paying for Sellés, Sellés’ two assistants, Walter and Walter’s two assistants.

Currently paying the salaries of six former employees who only joined in the last 12 months is just ridiculous.
