You can't let the tail wag the dog but at the same time constantly pissing off the players and churning through 15 new players each 6 months is not how you build for success.
There is no reason the players should be fuming at the new manager and not cooperate he is just taking a vacant job and they may also like him, seems from his other clubs the players must have liked him just looking at his performances as manager.
Burstow's getting a bad rap here. Despite only playing 10.6 games, Burstow was joint second in Shots on target with 13 (along with Pedro who played 23.8 games). Kamara had 14 SoT in 25.1 games. Burstow was second in the Shots/90 category at 2.74, slightly behind Belloumi. To compare, Pedro had 1.47 and Kamara 1.44
Yes I'm surprised Burstow was used so infrequently, I suspect due to pressure to play Joseph after his big fee. Burstow was far better for half the price.
What Mr Tim Walter, you expect us to run another 2k per game.. oh and we only do 10 yard passes, max'...
He was signed for potential so work at bringing it out that’s what you do with young players there is obviously something about him.
What is it about him you think shows great potential? He can strike a ball. What else? I see nothing in him and it looks like 2 or 3 managers felt the same despite being desperate for someone to score goals!
Really hope so. Genuinely want him to be a success, just don't think he's got the technical ability to be a footballer at this level and his decision making is rubbish (but this can improve with age).
