Don’t get the clamour for a manager to be appointed asap. Makes no odds really whether he’s appointed now or 2 days before the players return. I would much rather time is taken to make a good appointment than rush into appointing another ****cunt like Walter.

In terms of signings does the club not have to run every signing past some sort of FFP body still?
