How about a manager who only had experience of managing a team at level 6 and got them promoted to level 4 then had 2 years managing a bigger club’s second team? Not good enough for our fans so we would have not wanted Daniel Farke when he joined Norwich. Another not up to their standards is someone whose only club management was 2 seasons in Denmark. So they wouldn’t have wanted Thomas Franck either.

We'll need to bring in 2 assistants, as we sacked Selles's. Wonder if Mason has a 'team' that he can bring with him.

Cant say after checking him out on Wikipedia that Muslic has had a stellar managerial or player career. He would be a punt when compared to say someone like Alex Neil?

Neil? Muslic? Mason? Emre? Martin? Mowbray?

Why doesn’t Acun put them all on an island somewhere, see how they get on, set them some tasks, then get people to vote for who they want to survive.

He seems good at that sort of thing.

Certainly better than he is at appointing football managers.

I don't understand what people see in appointing Ryan Mason.

I mean, he might be good - but we've got absolutely no idea do we really? He's more unproven than every other manager we've appointed since Barmby.

Not for me - especially the way the club is swinging from one ideal to the next every five minutes at the moment.

(Actually, just checked he's been in charge of Spurs for as many games as Rosenior was at Derby over 2 spells - so equal I guess)

All this just shows you what a lottery it is , if we chose any of them and failed there’d have been mayhem . Nothing is guaranteed at all as Acun stated it’s not black and white .

Yes, but our supposedly knowledgeable fans wouldn’t have wanted them in the first place.

No point doing that Ernie, programmes called survivor and the way Acun is going, the chances of surviving are around nil!

Please elaborate Steven. What are we missing about what he's achieved?

Same as both Walter and Selles.

    Lump money on it.

It doesn’t matter who we appoint whilst Andy Dawson remains here.

We need to sack him first.

He took Cercle Bruges from the relegation zone to the European playoff places (though they didn’t qualify) in half a season.

The following season they finished fourth and qualified for Europe for the first time in 14 years.

He had a win ratio of just under 43%, which is very good in this modern age.

Agreed, having a look at his record at Cercle Bruges and then kept Plymouth in it until the final week, I’d say he would have the most proven track record of any manager appointed in the acun era.
