Yep. Another one. In Acun's what 7th or 8th window? And every one has been the same, although the summer clear out was forced on us to some extent. Piss up and brewery comes to mind
Agreed although I think the finger pointing should be at Tan and the recruitment team initially. I actually think Acun has been burnt massively and has finally realised what was happening under his nose, hence the dismissal of Tan and a shake up happening behind the scenes.

When you write that squad down and look at what there actually is in terms of championship quality there is no wonder Tim struggled. He may not have been the best communicator with the fans and media but look at the rubbish he was coaching. We would have struggled with any manager in charge, the squad is poor at best.

There was an outrage over a club deciding to change manager in a healthy position yet he could potentially leave a club in the lurch and ruin their chances of a strong season by walking away without finishing the job. Managers demand loyality from players and owners but are just as bad, Steve Bruce being a classic example over the years.

If you accept a contract then honour it.

What about if you offer the contract - should you honour it? Should we have stuck with Wally for 3 years because that was the contract we (stupidly) gave him? The world in general -and football in particular - doesn't work like that. A sacked manager will get compensation (or the contract paid up) and a club that loses a manager will get compensation from the club he moves to. Most clubs have been both the beneficiary and the loser in this system.

When you consider the transfer windows we’ve had under acun and the money we’ve spunked. How much better is this squad compared to when he arrived, I think you’d have to be disappointed

crazy take fully fit it’s a far better outfit, top champ players a few who’ve played prem footy and Belloumi before the injury was the second highest rated winger behind Sainz on WhoScored.

The league table says different, football isn’t played on paper. It may prove to be better but currently it isn’t

There’s been some good hits. But the fact remains our transfer windows have been pants. The only player that we’ve signed that we know for definite that’s been sold for profit is Jaden. Maybe Tetteh and Oscar but I have no clue

To name the failures

Sinik (I could stop the list here)
Pelkas
Woods
Figueredo
Vale
Vinagre
Oulad M’hand
Allayhar

Yes there’s been some decent players. But we’ve seen way too much turnover. I’m reserving judgement on this window as players may develop and hopefully we have some stability but we’ve had 2 summer windows of 10+ outgoings and incomings. It’s not practical long term

If we've interviewed Eustace and we're only accepting those that can be arsed to send in a CV he'd be the one we'd choose.

Can't be unwilling to pay a fee for him and get it to this far

But i suppose the winner's probably going to be the one who says they can work with what we've got.
We cant interview him without consent of Blackburn..?

I'm still considering my options...

That’s how I feel though but in a different way as you are joking about applying for the job.
I am wondering do I spend another 9+ hours driving up to Hull return trip to watch this **** show. Like I have done all season.

Well done mate. I haven't been this season and I am only 2 and a bit hours away. And I'm still on the verge of jacking our passes. The only thing that stopped me was the termination of Tim's contract. Utter ****ing dross being served up.
