Can 1 of our lovely mods find out from the mod board....... 1) Will the videos/pictures that was done previously, that no longer show, will someone correct this so they will show? 2) How to do tables as the old format allowed my table formula but not in this new format. I have a few threads that have tables and now they are all ruined and unreadable. Can they fix this? Here is some threads showing the table so they know what you are on about... Yep. There was issues according to what I put at comment 16. At comment 18 shows what the main changes are to this new format.
CJS thanks for putting the comments of Maltesemick on . Every time I used the not 606 forum I would get a virus alert appear on my screen so I stopped logging in. I have up to now not received that alert since the new format has been in place.
No probs. I looked around other leagues to see what others were saying about the changes and came across the details I provided. Im getting use to it now. A few things still really annoy me like the tables for the games we have. Also when you press 'reply to quote' the box where you add your reply isnt there. You have to scroll higher up the page. Thats reall annoying! Also I like stats. I like checking how many members we have to see if we are growing or not. Cant seem to see how we see this now. Where so much has changed, I can see some people being put off it and some may not bother returning. I hope they stay. More you use it the more you get use to it.
Jack, re the multiple replies, I found that if you just select each post you want to reply to it collects them all, acting as multiple replies. Also, if you look at the bottom of your screen (above About Us) there is an option to select an alternative format. It's not just a change of format Jack. i have also noticed when you make threads, in the title you can select a type of thread like prediction league or match thread etc etc. thats quite good. you can see in the list of threads the prediction games where they are highlighted yellow! even if the thread is already made, the author of the thread (and i presume a mod as well) can still edit the title of the thread to add the colours. once you are in your own old thread , at the top of the page on the right side you click on 'thread tools' and into edit title. then can select what you want by changing no prefix to anything else you want on the list. you can do the same when making a new thread too when your doing the title.
Yes that is quite neat Jack. Also if you click a prefix it will list all threads with that prefix. I put a prefix on all our match threads
I just noticed something else! Dont know how I didnt notice this before On the board page with all the threads, down the left hand side you have avatars, some big and small and some with just big. The big avatars are from the person who made the thread. The little avatar should be your own. If there is no little avatar then that means you havent posted on that thread. If your avatar is there then it means you have posted on that thread.
