A bit different, but I was hoping for better for some inexplicable reason. Its hard to make anything look good with our sponsor.
I'd still like to see in the flesh before being too downbeat on them
The strips like everything else scream Mike ashley... Everything just has that cheap bargain basement feel to it.
ultimately they don't look like a kit for a top flight club.

Fun 88 might not have the best logo bit in fairness to them they are streets ahead of the previous sponsor, Wonga.

Look how small the badge is compared to the sponsors

To be fair it doesn't help when it costs £65 for the shirt, £38 for the shorts.
No one really cares what the Newcastle fans think though to be fair.

I think the reaction is a bit harsh.. They've got some nice little touches on the shirt like black and white army on the bottom at the back.
Ok it's not great, but what can they do if they're provided fun88 stickers and nufc polyfoam badges?
It's actually impossible to make anything not look **** because of those two things.
I like it still, fits well, its black and white has some unique touches like you said.

I’m thinking if they took the white thin line where the buttons are all the way down it may have saved it.
