New venture going good, I think it will really kick off down here in the summer holidays, but it's shown me enough already to suggest it's going to be good come height of the summer. Done a few of events with it too, some good some not so much. I'm stacked out all summer, so I'll use this year as a measure.
Already thinking I need to get on the corporate events scene though. Weddings, Sporting Tournaments, Business away days, Home improvement exhibitions, promotional events etc. Gigs where I can invoice the organisers a fee and that way I know I'm gonna get paid lol. Can be a gamble rocking up to some events and they turn out to be ****. It's also physical hard work lugging all the gear around, packing the van, unloading, setting up, doing the event, packing down, loading the van again etc...
What you got in mind for the house bro? Is this your decision or for ya gal lol ? Just interior stuff or you got construction plans ? I need to paint the front and back of my house sometime this year. Oh and a few tiles have come out and couple of the sash windows need some work. Will also probs need to clear the gutters out while I'm up there. So all that needs doing before it's winter again and I'm battling 40mph westerly gales lol.
Also been asked to play in a band again. Will definitely make time for that coz I miss performing. Just got a gig at a music festival down here and it's with a couple of sax players and keyboard player that I was in a band with before, so I'll just need to get it wired with the drummer and guitarist. Got 4 weeks to get it all together and learn some new songs lol, sure it will all be fine ....

Haha... sorting house out because I aim to sell it one day in the next few years...got my fingers in a lot of pies ATM it feels like... quite ****in stressy tbh but will keep on plugging away init....oh and Welshie is a ****.
