Tripadvisor is not an English company, let alone a Hull one.

Their scribblings are irrelevant
Better tell the places that advertise a lunch menu in Hull then. Remember when offices used to offer luncheon vouchers? Never saw any dinner vouchers.

Just to add some confusion, Scone Palace near Perth is pronounced 'Scoon' Palace :emoticon-0148-yes:

But as to the current conversation, the wife and I will not be going for a 'bar dinner' anytime soon as we prefer a 'bar lunch' !!!
Remember the discussions about the pronunciation when we handed it back to Scotland.

Must see if any pubs are offering Sunday dinners as all the ones I know advertise Sunday lunches.

Yes
But they went defunct for a reason and notably they tried to save themselves by changing the whole organisation’s name and dropping the word luncheon.
Of course places in Hull advertise lunch menus. They want to encourage people from less cultured places to visit. That doesn’t mean we have to drop our standards.

Speaking of kits, I missed out on a nice 99/00 purple shirt today via eBay! Who on earth finishes an auction at 12:30 lunchtime on a Monday. Sold for 40 and I’d have gone to 150 for it so jokes on the seller really.
Pretty sure I've got that one somewhere, just not seen it for a few years. I didn't wear it as the material was quite rough.
