anyone know what other / how many other clubs don't have the club badge on their shirt - no idea myself / can't be arsed to check

Looks better with the official logo and a sponsor.

Still not a fan overall, but I completely agree it looks miles better with our modern badge rather than the HCAFC version, which just looks a bit odd on a modern shirt. I also agree it looks much better with a sponsors logo on there as well. Does anyone else think it's a bit odd that we've rushed to get these shirts out mega early now before we've got a sponsor sorted. Will look odd next season with some fans walking around with shirts with no sponsor on and others with a sponsor depending on when they bought the shirt. I know the sponsors are mainly interested in seeing their branding on the players shirts on tv, but i'd still find it a bit irritating as a shirt sponsor if the kit was launched without my company's logo on there yet.

I still can't get my head around it. Feels like a huge own goal.

The comments on Hull City's twitter and Instagram, Concept Kits Design twitter and Oxen's twitter are more negative than positive and the negative comments have 10s/100s of likes on them versus 1-2 likes on the positive ones (if any).
This kit has been a massive commercial cock-up. Such a shame. The more I look at the kit, the more it look it looks like it's from DHGate or Temu.

Not for me personally but it reminds me of a mid 70's one I had, albeit that one had more stripes from memory?

I've got a mate in Turkey at the moment so I'll get him to pick me one up off the market for €12 or whatever they are nowadays and I'll form a better opinion when I see it 'in the flesh' so to speak...:emoticon-0103-cool:

P.S,if the City have spoken, what is it that they're alleged to have said?

We take what's ours.

Wasn't that the tag line for the play offs?

That Concept Kits Design on X has designed several of our Kappa kits and they were good for the most part but this one is a stinker. I suppose that’s the risk when you go with a naff brand like Oxen and outsource design to a random kid who designs kits for eFootball and FC mods.

Some posters have criticised those responsible for the commercial side of the club and I don’t disagree with that sentiment. Clutterbrook is well-regarded at City but he’s dropped a bollock with this Oxen deal. Isn’t Clutterbrook good mates with Oxen’s CEO? Well, there you go. Jobs for the boys.

Anything is better than close to £100+. I am surprised it's £64. For something that tacky it's pleasantly cheaper than I worried. Still won't buy it myself though. Last seasons kit is just so much nicer. Personal preference

Suppose it'll grow on me in terms of the stripes, but it's something of a first as I've never seen a shirt that simultaneously looks both tucked in and untucked when viewed from the side.

Almost has blouse vibes.

It's weird, it sort of feels like the kind of thing we'd have as our third kit.
