Good post .To change the subject, are you?
Need to look after yourself, Marv - if you're always angry, it's stress and if you're middle-aged, you're in early heart attack territory, especially if you've got unlucky genetics and more likely to have one. I was heading that way around 2019-2020.
Exercise helped(s) me. If I feel tension rising, I row 5-10,000km on the concept 2 or jog 10km if the weather is ok... Hard to get stressed afterwards when your body is knackered. I'm the proverbial cliche middle-aged man with a grey beard in too trendy running shoes round the running track and trying to race cyclists and younger runners along trails and with a skipping rope in the back of my car for when I've got free moments, but I don't get any negative comments, just encouragement and questions.
Combined this with prioritising sleep and juicing and my blood levels and heart readings went comparable to that of someone in the mid-20s. No medication necessary. Helps other aspects of life also - energy levels, lower stress, relationships, decision making, sex life etc. Live healthy, live strong and good luck with it.
A kid I work with was constantly getting angry about the companies former owner .
Even after he,d gone the previous owners daughter and grandson are still there and his level of anger and ridiculous going back to the past was a daily occurrence.
It was beyond normal and he ended up having a stroke and has been off for 4 months
