he always has a compass, a map

I have sat nav, I'm a worse navigator than Ernie's wife. When I was designated driver on City away trips the rule was, I drive passenger seat passenger (fat nav) navigates. :emoticon-0138-think

It's definitely true that we can order a greater volume of stock with oxen than kappa? Why did we have so much more stock in 24/25 than 25/26 then?

I think we just ordered a lot less in 25/26 to minimise wastage.
We’re talking about reactiveness and flexibility here, not capacity.. capacity would be a factor if we were Real Madrid.. but we’re Hull City.

That doesn't really answer my question about the difference in stock levels from one season to the next with the same supplier in the same division. It was pretty clear we just ordered a lot less in 25/26 to save money and if we do end up with a lot more stock with Oxen it's down to the fact we can order a lot more as we have a lot more money now. You're right that we may be able to minimise wastage with Oxen because we can order in smaller batches more quickly but that wasn't the initial point about supply levels in totality which was that we can have more shirts with Oxen. We could have had more shirts with Kappa if we had wanted to, it would have just come with the risk of more wastage, that's nothing to do with the size of the club and everything to do with not wanting to waste money.

so why did we go with oxen?

so why did we go with oxen?

You think we went with a local supplier because it would be able to pump out greater volumes of kit than a global manufacturer?

Or could it have been in the anticipation of being in the Championship and wanting to funnel as much of our funds towards other expenses so went for a cheap local option?
