I thought it's up to the refs to not clash with either team, not the other way around. Refs don't wear yellow or anything with a hint of yellow when reffing Norwich or Wolves... Refs don't get home-team status.
The ref should know what colour each team is in before the game so no clashes occur. They should also always take a spare in another colour. I think he takes precedence over the keeper but not the outfield players but as there's little chance of being mistaken for a goalkeeper during play, they don't seem bothered if there's a colour clash with him. These days refs don't wear all black and keepers generally do wear all one colour so there shouldn't be any clashes.
yes but... if a ref has black shorts and socks and two choices of jerseys that's enough... teams acting the **** with their colours is unnecessary.
It's football, not the referee show. I honestly don't think teams should give a fig about what the refs are going to wear to avoid clashing when designing their kits. Teams shouldn't even consider refs when picking kits. The refs are there to facilitate the game. They are support, not the main show. Refs should have enough kits to avoid clashing with anyone and be the ones that bend to avoid clashes.
Orange was 2017-18 wasn't it? We had red, grey and purple last season. I liked that kit too. Looked for bargain buys once the 2018-19 kits were released without joy
I can't remember tbh I'm sure we played in orange a few times this season. I don't get the blue in the new away kit. Never liked us in white tbh too engerlundy for me
I like most colours. Only one I didn't really like was the red with gold rather than red with white. Not keen on grey kits mind
So back here in Kenya some very "loyal" fans will buy from the club shop and ship them back home. Now the rest of us wait for kits from China which cost about 8 GBP equivalent. You cannot tell the difference as they are pretty much similar. And the people shipping them make 50% margin on the shirts.
yup. made in exact same place. they are an astonishing rip off here to be honest, and I certainly couldn't fault anyone paying what is a reasonable sum.for them there.
None in stores here so no "discount buys" locally. Online at legitimate places they still sell last year's kit for same price even though season is over and new kit out. I wouldn't buy a kit at full cost. Not worth that much. If I get a kit it will be counterfeit. I hate that Liverpool don't get money from that, but they've priced me out of the market for a legitimate kit. I almost never buy kits though. I feel a bit silly wearing them when not at a game, and they only come close enough once or twice a decade.
Brill where from as that white and green one really grew on me but can only find knock offs that disintegrate first wash lol
I never buy whole current Surprisingly I think I jinx us if I by anything current Always wait for sales but normally go direct to club in the hope money goes to them Normally get shirts for 20-30 I wear them all the time so get loads of use wear virtually nothing else
If I win the lottery tonight (the pot is half a billion so should be at least $100mill after taxes) I will buy a shirt.
