Well I'm 45 years old, 5 ft 9 and 11 stone (154 pounds). I go to the gym 4 times a week BUT love wine :) I have an XL and it is tight fitting - and giving me a mid life crisis complex with comments from my daughter about a spare tyre. Clearly designed for 20 somethings who go to the gym 6 days a week for 8 hours a day :)

I wouldn't recommend buying the new shirt unless you have the body of an athlete/ model (like me).
