So the leaked image of the kit was correct.....
I like it - looks class.
What about the away kit - aren't the kits usually revealed at the same time ? Does it mean that we will keep the red/black kit or is it just a marketing scam to make people rush out and buy this as there's no other option, and then release the away kit hoping many will then but the away kit also ?

Don't like it, I just think we should be white with black trim. Piss about with the away kit, Why the gold, is this bowing to our sponsors, who paid us **** all for the rights anyway.
It was fine for a one off for the Centenary kit, don't need to go there again.
Is that the clubs past or the cities?
The cities' , copperopolis the centenary kit was gold , we're now in the age of copper , god help us when we get to the slag of Swansea Vale works
I cannot believe that the club actually based the kit on that, can I ask have they come out and said so, or is it presumption on here. I don't like it and we should be White with black trim. That is Swansea City.

The importance of copper to the UK economy was everything as ocean going ships (before steam and iron bodies) had their hulls coated with copper plate which made them more stable and less likely to be damaged - hence the term 'copper bottomed investment' for a near guarantee of profits.
About time we gave a nod to the past importance of industry in Swansea - the little sea port, valleys, sheep shagger image is wearing a bit thin.
Yes I have seen the video and it is great I just think the kit is not Swansea City. I for one and am probably a lone voice think it is piss poor to move away from our true colours.
Completely missed the copper theme on first look and dreaded what the away kit would look like.

There is no need to change the kit again....its another way to rip the fans off and no other reason.....
I agree that the kit is expensive, but we have changed kits practically every year since the war, so if you don't want to buy then don't. It is a bit of strange one though Dai, you are saying about the club should not charge as much for tickets, not charge so much for the kit, yet you want them to spend upwards of £40m on this transfer window, and to spend a £100m for a new stadium. Tell me where do you think the money will come to do all that?
