Could they not unife the players. As head coaches should do? And perform? And get results?

They failed at them all. And the fans said so.

I looked a the touchline today and I was embarrassed at the difference. Significant.
I wonder if KLD has twigged that an experienced football man is needed somewhere. It seems to me we went on an upward curve under the Johnson, Neil, and Mowbray. All of them had plenty of experience in the top job and in pressure situations. As soon as we take that sort of experience away, young players can get lost. Ours have. Under Beale it wasnt as bad as under Dodds, but to have the calamatous run of form post Mowbray is quite hard to achieve. Now I have no doubt we are going to get another younger coach, but maybe KLD needs a sounding board for himself and the board. Someone who has actually seen the game for years, on the inside of the dreasing room. This season wasnt too far from relegation, and I know that is on the board for their decision making. Lets hope they, the board, get some help as I think they need it.

Speakman out helps believe me...

With the possible exception of Aouchiche, no one was played out of position today. Who is at fault for the school boy football though? Does Dodds control every movement each player makes on the pitch? The players have to take some responsibility for their performance. Its not all on the coach, whether that's Dodds or someone else.

The fannies comment was specifically about people being upset because coach has criticised the players publicly.

My grandson made a point today - he said it was like watching kids his age playing football. Have to admit he wasn't far off tbh. They would play the ball then would stand watching with the arms spread with a "pass to me" stance

He played Dack out of position last home game, and has played numerous players in the past, he brought Rigg on the wing, until Ba came on. Dodds is responsible for coaching and for tactics, it looked like no one knew what they were supposed to be doing. I’m not suggesting the players aren’t responsible, but he has to take responsibility overall for the complete ****show, since he has managed to somehow make us look worse than we were under Beale. I don’t mind calling out players, but when you admit that you gave Millwall more possession cos they usually lose when they do, then to follow it up with, if a prospective employer looks at the win ratio of any potential candidates, then he isn’t interested, it sets my alarm bells ringing. He is in self preservation mode, because whilst people will know he won’t make a head coach, his credentials as a coach are now questionable. I for one hope he is gone and I never have to hear his bullshit again
I think his reputation as a player development coach will remain largely unharmed.

Rohl has done wonders to keep Sheffield Wednesday up from where they were when he took over

Aye I can see that - could be something to do with having academy level coaches running the 1st team for 3 months.

Shameful state of affairs.
