Think that's it too. Some people, most actually, do not want to be in charge of others. The problem came with us assuming he could do a job he had shown he couldn't do at Rangers.

I think he did his best, had some unfair stick hoyed at him, but he never looked like he would work here, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him at a notable club as a number two again sometime.

Understatement. Worrying to think the club thought he’d work here.

he’s had his fair share of critics recently but imo he’s done an absolutely amazing job so far. There was a feeling from a lot of supporters that the squad wasn’t even good enough because of last season and he’s shown with a few additions yes that, that isn’t true. Just needed better tactics and a bit of belief in the model.

Sounds like KLD and KS have learned from last season too with some of the players we now target. Still young players but they have experience behind them bar a few.

Bug Jan window ahead and if we do it right this might by the year!

The most pleasing thing for me is - we’re now hard to beat. Complete opposite to last season

You’re right about the January window. I really hope he’s backed as this squad isn’t as strong as the other contenders.

It would take £20/30 million to make us as strong as the other contenders imo …

    … I don’t think that’ll happen tbh.

    …and the rest

it won’t happen and nobody would expect great sums of money spent but we can be smart and close the gap. It’s nice to be up there at the half way stage of the season.

We may well be already looking at high potential/championship ready players with short amount of time on their contracts

If we bring in a ‘name player’ that’s what it’ll be.

John Heitinga the current favourite for the West Brom job

Delighted they’ve lost Corberan like. A genuine play off rival weakened :emoticon-0148-yes:

What’s mad to think, we’re 12 points off our entire points tally from last season…

No real surprise when you look at how hideous the club was on and off the pitch from the moment we appointed Beale to the season ending.

Will Still had a good start at Lens

7th in the league, 4 points off 3rd

Only PSG have conceded more in the league

They’re set to lose one of their better players to Man City though, loads of money incoming to reinvest

Defensively solid but so boring to watch, they really didn't create much on the games I watched but he does set his teams up really well

I wasn’t keen on Rosenior when he was linked here but he’s doing a cracking job at Strasbourg

Really pleased to see him doing well. Was poorly treated by Hull, now look at them, ans I personally think he will have a very good career.

Have to agree about Rosenior, something about the lad makes me think he will have a solid future
