ive asked again about the poll and how it's done or if it still needs to be worked on.

Liking the new notifications function but it's really behind. I've already replied to the response to my post before it's let me know the poster I've replied to quoted me. If that makes sense.

  9. Just switched to the blue theme (rather than grey) and it immediately appears much better.

Trying to decide if I like it or not... it's lighter so it's easier to read I think <ok>

    Looks a lttle boxy though...

  11. I kept getting invisible text on the grey theme so trying this to see if it makes a difference (Mick's suggestion)

Saw that comment, I hadn't got anything similar. Think bold looks better in this view as it's more clear.

  13. I like that some of the mod options are available on one click in this version. Plus the shading a sticky to non-sticky threads etc

Yeah, easier to delete and edit with 1 click rather than going to tools <ok>

So did our email addresses and login details end up in the hands of the previous server?

Prepare for a deluge of spam and junk mail if so.

  16. As far as I'm aware, its still the same server, just a software change.

I think eventually the site will be better for this move.

I like the notification that someone has quoted you so you don't have to search to se if anyone has replied/taken issue with something you have said.

If you go into preferences you can choose an "Alternative" style which makes the site easier to read IMO

    How do you change themes?

Forget it I've found it and it is a lot better.

The profile pictures are now more prominent so the site looks better if yours isn't ****. The site now recommends at least 200x200 pixels but with a 50kb limit on the file size it's still ****. The good news is the site supports gravatar so if you use that you can link to a nice high resolution profile picture and it will be automatically resized for you.
