I tested out the iPad when it was first reported and it was a bit clunky with the header, but worked ok apart from that - I didn't test writing and editing though - I'll give it a try tonight and then put some support in with the guys who designed the framework.
If you pause at all writing a post then the issue arises as the screen goes blank etc means the pages jumps to the bottom
I'm getting notifications stating people have further posted on a thread where I previously have which is utterly pointless.
Think you can change that in your preferences I keep getting loads of emails that someone has posted in a thread how do I change that?
Ive already got that unticked though mate and Im still getting them Ive also got my online status unticked but Ive still got the green flashing thing on mmy avatar when others havent but are obv online, like yourself for instance
I think I've worked out how to sort the "who is reading this thread" Go to profile then privacy and tick the 2nd one down.
Oh okay I'll gve that a try. You cant have that ticked though without having show online status ticked but that alright. I'd rather see who is viewing the thread than it not showing im online
As it's default setting is off, means you'd need to get everyone to turn it on to have any real impact though... If it even does what I think it does? I can now see that you have been added to the "users who have viewed the thread" which you weren't on before.
Ive not got that 'who has viewed the thread', thats just for mods I can see you are viewing this thread now though
If I was you, I'd just swap to the default version before getting to attached to the grey alternative.
No grey is much better. Its modern and updated - the other one is like going back in time to 2005. It appears older than the not606 one we had before the upgrade.
