Just been for a stroll round the new stand. Seems as if the home team have a larger dressing room than the away team.

After so many false dawns I for one am very thankful to see that side of the ground being developed.

Looks very nice and just what we need.

    Without it being over-baring.

Has anyone else noticed that work seems to have slowed right down, if not stopped? Any chance this might have something to do with the fact that we are unlikely to be getting anywhere near the Prem this season, or am I being cynical?

I'm being cynical (see news thread).

I doubt the weather has helped.

It wouldn't be us without some of sort financial issue either..

Probably got a point about the fact we might not go up but then they'd want to be able to sell season tickets for next year in the new stand...

Good to see the progress, though where the extra fans will come from given recent performances I'm not sure.

I've seen all the video walk-throughs etc but don't recall seeing a ground plan. My question is: what's happening with the awkward bit of empty terrace/temporary seating between the Red Lion Corner and the end of the old main stand? Will that remain for future development, or does the new stand extend over it?

Are they adding wooden floors so the old codgers can stamp their feet again?
