TBH even though Fox was close to Lambert I thought that he might stay because he joined us from Col u and has family there so moving to Norwich was not too bad. Moving to Brum is a whole different proposition.
This whole episode may have a different effect................................
The players that Lambert did not give much of a chance too last season such as Simeon, Korey and to an extent Chrissy Martin will get another look in and chance to prove themselves. I still think Chris Martin could do a job but I have always had a soft spot for him he is a great finisher and has different attributes to Vaughan, Morison and Simeon.
Just a different slant on things.
