What do we know about this new guy? I'm not familiar with him (but then, I'm not familiar with any men, mmm, honest!)

Ex-defender brissy who's a perfect fit for us as he took Brum from the relegation zone to 10th in the Championship during their transfer embargo and then was surprisingly sacked next season when they were 7th.

<ok>

After Neil left I said I would be happy with either Chris Houghton or Gary Rowett, so I'm happy with this appointment, he spoke well in his interview and the fact that he mentions working on different formations is a major factor, rather than the default setting of hoofball we have had for the last couple of seasons, he seems to understand the Millwall mentality so hopefully he will do well and take us forwards.<cheers>

Said I'll be happy with him from the names mentioned in the early front runners, Ainsworth was too much of a leap in the dark for me with a big difference between league 1 and the Championship, Rowett in contrast has the tee-shirt with Championship pedigree. <ok>
