I thought he came across very well in that video Cromer.
 
Chris Goreham interviewed him on radio Norfolk, broadcast this morning, Which I can't upload here for some reason, plus a very brief chat the club put up on facebook.

Seems pretty grounded, focused and supportive, albeit only in the job for two days.
Certainly comes across well in interviews <ok>

I watched that last night. I thought he came across very well again, and he said all the kind of things I was hoping to hear. On first impressions, I really like the guy.
