Match Day Thread New Carpet Rodney Exiles v Chairboys 9th Sept 17

The Chairboys head across the Welsh boarder to take on the Exiles at the newly Desso resurfaced Rodney Parade, this is a surface the Chairboys know all about so shouldn't hold any demons, the Exiles return for their second home game of the season after succumbing to their first defeat of the season last week, in their first home game of the season they comfortably beat the Spireites 4-1.
Gaz will be hoping PCH recovers from a knock he picked up last weekend as well as good news from the physio on SSS and Tyson, Scott Kashket is back in training but will not be risked for another month or so, Scarr, Eze and Josh U are poised for action the pink keeper kit will again be used.
Its my birthday so I will not be making my way to this one as I have a surprise party to go to its not my party but nice to be invited to a party on my birthday, and the most important present is another 3 points for the Chairboys

I'd have been happy with a point before the game,sounded like the Newport keeper Day had a very good game.

 

I will take that. Seems we could have snatched it but overall a good away point and a clean sheet which must be a confidence boost for the back line.
