New Captain

So if Martin's not going to play in the first team under Farke, it makes sense to appoint a new captain.

 

Needs to be on field as much as poss and for me that rules out Wes, Jerome & Tettey.
Oliveira too much of a risk (and may soon be gone) so I'd go for Klose with Pinto as my runner up

 

I've gone for Pinto. He's doing a good job and seems settled in Norwich and always plays with real passion.

Pinto for me. Love that guy, Team loves that guy. He's a hard worker, he loves the club. More often impresses than disappoints so I think he would lead by example.

Wouldn't be disappointed if Klose got it, but people seem to think he will leave soon. So, another reason I went for Pinto.

Interesting many going for Pinto. You can't fault his passion and commitment but his defending can be a bit suspect at times. Hanley for me.

 

Hanley has done really well recently but he does look a bit of a cart horse no nonsense defender rather than a footballer.

I really don’t know why I typed that as Big Dunc our greatest ever Captain was exactly the same

 

No Naismith option ?

 

Naismith to Kilmarnock on loan seems to be gathering pace.!!

 

I would hope we are not going to pay his £40k week wage.

 

Cart horse? he strode out of defence yesterday and played a beautiful 40yrd pass right to left for Josh to break. he isn't just a bruiser, mainly yes, but he has more.

I assumed Klose would eventually take on the captain's armband when he joined but given Pinto has been in charge and he's a regular starter I don't see why we'd have anyone else.
