    I would say the distance between the Bridges is around half a mile at least.. However, Deptford has always started from Alexandra Bridge to where B&Q is now..

    My mum said she was born and grew up under the bridge.

    And she said she was born in Deptford.

    Means jackshit to me but I doubt she was making it it up.
