    Just a reminder on spec.

    Dimensions: Sizing must be at least 1800 pixels wide. Depth needs to be adequate but otherwise not too important.

    Focal Area: If you look at our current image you will notice that it's about 400 - 450 px deep - BUT of that only about 150 px is clearly visible with the remainder heavily clouded. Therefore the main focus of a successful image will be the top 150 px of a banner 1800 wide x 450-500 px deep.

    Note on Image Stability

    Mods are reporting image stability issues where full images posted revert to thumbnails after a couple of days or so rendering them unusable. Could be a cookie clearance problem but not definitely. The answer is to retain the original image and email it directly to
    [email protected] which should hold its original dimensions.

    I'd be grateful if you'd email the image to [email protected]. Meantime I'll PM Syd and Mick to look out for it. Thanks for all your superb efforts on this. Cheers mate.

    Apparently not. You and other proponents of the Rs icons (including myself) clearly failed to apply sufficient pressure at the over-long design stage. Even the ever present tits lobby failed to get a look in at the end!

    How are you getting on with the necessary email to not606? Soon as you confirm it's been sent, I can remove the sticky.

    Word of warning though. Seems Maltese Mick (the bloke who installs the banner images) is out of contact with laptop problems. Could be a while before we see anything done.
