On Tuesday quite a few people contacted Jon Marks to see if Watford were in the new away kit, or was it what many thought, the training gear. Seems it is the new away one, and you can rush down to the ground this afternoon to buy it.

Haven't we had burgundy before?
Anyway, the way the official website has been announcing new players, the colour schemes etc. I am wondering if we are being 'groomed' for a change, albeit slight change, in our livery. Last year there was more black and now this year the home strip has more; also the website shows much black & gold and dark red so I'm thinking that our yellow will morph towards gold and the black will continue to expand over the coming years.

I presume you mean the Burgundy kit? The b/w stripes are excellent. Be interested to see this season's kit, hopefully same as last though I suspect not.
I was referring to the all burgundy kit of a few seasons ago. I cannot, as a referee, see the all black kit used at Dundee Utd being our away kit. Technically we only need to change our shirts at Norwich (and even then....<doh> sorry Dave, it's horrendous!) but we will need to wear red shorts at Southampton, Sunderland, Newcastle, Spurs and WBA (I think) at least. An all black kit is pointless given the amount of black in the first kit.

Just seen it on the web-site. It makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever!

like both kits, result. Keeper´s aren´t bad either.

Do refs wear green? if not our black might be a bit of a clash!!<doh>
