I think it's fair to say that any individual stupid enough to conduct himself like this at a match,should be punished and if that involves imprisonment then so be it. But to punish a Club by the severity you suggest is taking things a bit far IMHO.No Clubs in Britain condone this type of behaviour and will do everything in their power to prevent it,that would include our Club,but there is no way of preventing an act of stupidity by a tanked up(or otherwise) idiot,who decides to vent his frustration or anger in a racist manner. People can buy tickets on a pay per game basis,I do it,and I could be anyone even though I'm registered.So if I were to come to our next home game,commit an act of gross stupidity and make a racist remark or gesture,you'd be comfortable with our Club being punished for my actions? Surely that isn't feasible,fair or justifiable?
