Since Regis' first game against Cardiff, team after disappointed team has said that "we just weren't at it today", or "they are nothing, we should have beat them easily" or variations on the theme as we got back on the bus with the points or watched the opposition get on it without them.

They don't know do they!

Football is so popular because it is a simple game to understand. The team that puts the ball in the other teams net more than the other team wins. I remember Chelsea's official club website saying we came "determined to stifle our attack". Well yes, every team does that don't they? It's called defence.
