    I think 2.96 is an average of 2.96 points too high for Stones. He was bloody awful.

    they only count the bits that can legally play the ball - ie not their arms and hands

    Pickford's was too low as well. He made a lot of fine saves.

    you only play the ball out from the back if you are allowed to. If the opponents press you then you don't take risks and exploit the spaces in their midfield and defence.

    I refuse to make a match thread for the paddys game against Denmark but Christ they are ****.

    They used to have some really good English players playing for them, what's happened.

    Especially when he decides to open his gob and say that the Irish play a primitive style!!!!! Obviously his hobby isn't genealogy. Is that an example of hoisting your own petard?
