Three years ago, someone launched a petition to have Paula Vennells stripped of her CBE, 1,000 people signed it.

Then this drama came out and in the past week, it's been signed by over 150,000 people.

I've looked back can't see it mentioned. So apologies if old news.

Just finished Gomorrah on now/sky. The every day story of drug dealing murder and extortion in the slums of Naples. (In Neapolitan dialect so the sub titles are a must ) Believing there's good in everyone you start with some sympathy hoping the characters have some redeeming characteristic.

    Spoiler they don't.

Apparently true to life, well worth a watch but won't leave you feeling all is well with the world..

Think game of thrones but using kids on mopeds and giving them guns.

Fool Me Once - Netflix, it’s got Michelle Keegan in it, which is enough to get me to watch it, it’s also really good!

I would… but think she’s a crap actress and gets the work on her looks, notice I didn’t say on her back, Bonny girl but crap. Taking all that into consideration I may give it a shot, the series that is and not anything untoward lol.

Just binged the Bates/Post Office series. Lots of detail missing but I'm surprised that Fujitsu's role in the whole affair seems to have been unquestioned. They look to have dodged a massive bullet.

    https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news...estigation-potential-horizon-accounting-fraud

The MET have opened a criminal investigation for the money "recovered" as well as perjury for those who gave evidence

Malfeasance in a public office must have been considered.

She may end up happy to get away with just handing back her CBE

The whole thing is utterly shameful.

Given it was an ITV documentary there’s been a surprising lack of mention of the bloke who was in charge before her when the **** show started…who is now in charge of ITV!

    Not seen it yet though.
I wonder if he wasn’t mentioned as much as her for some reason?

I think he was written out of it completely.

Nothing to do with him being in charge at ITV or anything, it obviously made for a better and more focused drama without him in it. Or summat…

If you haven’t watched it do, it’s genuinely brilliant, but the knowledge of what’s missing didn’t sit well with me at all.
