    But, joyous news. Reworking..
Bleak House as a crack den
Scrooge hallucinating ghosts on magic mushrooms
Tale of two cities as a porn epic, oh come on let the schoolboy humour loose
    Oliver twist as Olivia
The old curiosity shop, latter day cash converters
The whole canon is up for grabs.

Transatlantic…: pants, pants and thrice pants. Changing a potentially good story for the sake of PC.

I managed to endure 10 minutes of it before I hit the off button, Hugh Grant's accent was horrendous. Deffo avoid.

I binge watched the whole of the first series of The Diplomat yesterday, I say the first series, as the ending made it clear there'd be another one.

It's about a woman who's appointed US Ambassador to the UK, against her wishes (she was supposed to going to Kabul to extract the locals who'd helped US forces), after an attack on a British air craft carrier. It's very American, everyone's great at their jobs (other than the Prime Minister, who's a bit of a dick), but despite this I ended up watching all eight hours on one go.

It's well acted, the characters are good and the storyline is interesting, it's worth a watch and I'm looking forward to the next series.

I'm eight episodes into Night Agent, it's watchable, but the acting's not great and some of the story is really ridiculous.

    The Diplomat was way better.
