But, joyous news. Reworking.. Bleak House as a crack den Scrooge hallucinating ghosts on magic mushrooms Tale of two cities as a porn epic, oh come on let the schoolboy humour loose Oliver twist as Olivia The old curiosity shop, latter day cash converters The whole canon is up for grabs.
I think the part where they see all the life jackets got me, I would think that was true to life…. A sea of orange
Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre Guy Richie film avoid at all costs Thought it couldn’t get any ****ter or Cornier then Hugh grant turns up as a cockernee villain Fuxking awful
I managed to endure 10 minutes of it before I hit the off button, Hugh Grant's accent was horrendous. Deffo avoid.
I binge watched the whole of the first series of The Diplomat yesterday, I say the first series, as the ending made it clear there'd be another one. It's about a woman who's appointed US Ambassador to the UK, against her wishes (she was supposed to going to Kabul to extract the locals who'd helped US forces), after an attack on a British air craft carrier. It's very American, everyone's great at their jobs (other than the Prime Minister, who's a bit of a dick), but despite this I ended up watching all eight hours on one go. It's well acted, the characters are good and the storyline is interesting, it's worth a watch and I'm looking forward to the next series.
Watched 'Nobody' on Netflix. Went beyond ridiculous but for some reason kept me watching! I believe it's a true story
I'm eight episodes into Night Agent, it's watchable, but the acting's not great and some of the story is really ridiculous. The Diplomat was way better.
