Well at least he is proving to be very professional and does seem to care about the club. I hope we keep him for as long as possible.

Yes, we should keep him as long as he is needed which is absolutely necessary in our position, and seems to be what we are doing. Good bloke Nelsen but he's going to be all right financially, whether he leaves now or in May! I have more sympathy for his worries about his glasses breaking.

Gutted to be losing Nelsen. When I first heard about it my initial reaction was that it wasnt very professional to walk out half way through a contract and that it didnt sound like the sort of thing that he'd do.

Having now read his comments and about his knee and ankle problems, I'm more sympathetic and actually pleased at the way he has approached the situation. What a shame he isnt 10 years younger. And what a decent bloke with a professional approach.

Not sure how we replace him though, thats a difficult problem.

Because he has conducted himself in a professional manner in reasonable dialogue with the club. It's obvious he is struggling with playing at this level and has made a decision that is right for him (and I presume his family) at this time.

Yes he is leaving QPR. Well that happens too.

Great player, true professional and good role model. Legend in my book.

You shouldn't fly off the handle the way you did without knowing the full story.

Met the lad before the Chelsea match......just after he arrived in his Land Rover (or some other 4x4 type tractor) with the child seat at the back! Such a difference to some of our immature money-friendly prima donnas who arrived before him in their MazzaPorschies.

Mature, solid bloke who seemed to try his best for the Club.

Will be missed (at the back).....
