The contract is a standard thing, like a contract of employment from your company, they all basically say the same thing, how many holidays, how much your salary is, who you answer to, what your job entails and so on, football contracts are no different, if Taylor really wants to go to court on this I think the explanation from his football agent's tapping up the player to break a contract will come in, it is in fact against the FAs rules for an agent to encourage breaking it.

This will go arbitration IMO , once the price has been confirmed I would hope the swans will make a formal complaint about the conduct blood sucking vermin scum bag full of **** agent ;) and we should have no dealing with such a twat in future, like Neil Sang he should be banned from the liberty, even if he is Ash's agent !

tailor is a fool, he is nowhere near premiership class in any shape or form, he could be in a few years time maybe but you can see the way he plays he still has a lot of non league attributes that since he has joined us we have been teaching him how to play championship football. he would make quite a few errors in a game that to me showed he was not even championship standard so he will be taken apart in the premiership. its like someone in infant school by passing junior school and going straight to senior school. the lad is not ready by a long way and he will end up a forgotten player just like many other young lads who is given wrong advice just to make money....we should get rid for a million to make sure his agent dont make to much money out of tailor and move on. tailor will learn his mistake in a very short time but at least we will have a million quid to go towards a more seasoned left back and tailor will have to lie in his own bed when it all goes pear shape...

Doesn't he have the same agent as Ashley Williams, Jager? not sure this is down to his agent, it's my view that this is Taylor himself, and I can't wait to see the back of this slime ball.............

Phil the wording is fine on the contracts , it's not as if they haven't been done before, after having hundreds of them I am sure the FA would be taken to task about it, these contracts are standard and come from them and the PFA , there is no way they would make mistakes on them.

I agree we need to be smarter with contracts, but if players don't want sign them that is up to them, I know the club gave 2 year contracts to the players, and tried to extend last summer but it was turned down, and we have had plenty of players coming in on a free, how do those team's supporters feel when it happens ? I don't agree with transfer fees to begin with, they should be permantely removed from all transfers and made illegal, the reason is obvious, big teams take players from smaller teams and don't cough up, that means installments and the smaller team cannot replace the lost player, and that cripples them!

LOL. If he's that bad, then we should take the million on offer before Newcastle read your comment. LOL again.

nobody in their right mind can knock taylor for what he's doing, let's be honest here, newcastle are a massive club with a big profile, will pay higher wages, have a better coaching set-up/training facilities. the only plus side for staying at swansea is he would probaly get more game time, for somebody who is a footy mad player, this would be a good thing, but some are more interested in the money/hype/lifestyle than actually playing.
