http://www.qpr.co.uk/news/article/200913-harry-on-onuoha-and-yeovil-1065952.aspx Surprised we didn't pick up on this earlier- "And speaking at his pre-match press conference ahead of our trip to Yeovil Town tomorrow (Saturday), Redknapp explained: “Nedum’s out for quite a while with a hamstring injury – two months. He’s got a tear. "
I been saying like most we have needed a CB and striker for weeks like most of us I think. Hope Harry has a good plan or 3.
Hamstring tear..........I reckon he'll be out for a good two months, which could be a lot longer if he returns too soon. Really bad news and typical Rangers luck!!
Harold has done well we are top of the league on the pitch ... Can you defend Harold off the pitch? Take a stick check please and ask how many signings have been ****ed by Harold's mouth? He has built a solid squad of midfielders I'll give him that there is miracle about that how he hasn't managed to get cover in key areas is poor so when he comes back on the media and spouts bollocks about how we are down to the kids ... I say Harold it's never your fault mate but the truth is it is and he gets paid massive money to manage . I would respect him more if he held his hand up once in a while Is he running the team? I firmly believe Stephen has had loads to do with our current success I love my club but Harold's media ego once in a while has to be pulled up The players he has built look good and credit there but he has been eating a lot of eggs recently and his face gives that away to me
Swords the time for carful shopping is over the shops are now closed We are off to the boot sales No excuses IMO
I have to admit that I struggled somewhat to decipher your semi-incoherent ramblings, Davey-Peeps, but I'm assuming the gist of it to be that Redknapp can take some credit for the fact that the Rs are top of the league and so far unbeaten, but deserves criticism for not having better planned forward and defensive cover? This may, of course, be true. But all I'm saying is that he and his backroom team have got through one helluva lot of player throughput during the summer and ended up with something functioning far better than Spunky managed with all the Premier League millions that Fernandes spaffed up at him last year. To throw the type of criticism his way that we're seeing now is very much the QPR way (unforch.) when we oughta be rejoicing at what has been achieved in such a short space of time. Amazingly, twelve months ago you were spaffing no end of tributes up Spunky's sphincter when so many had called him right early on. Why the change: once bitten, twice shy... Or just no fan of Nurdin's father-in-law?
Uber, Absolutely spot on !! There were many, with the dire performance last season, that were predicting a complete implosion, of the team and the entire club. So to turn it around, get rid of as many expensive, non-performing palyers, and then produce (yes, somewhat scrappy performances), but solid and unspectacular, with the best defence in the entire league, is pretty impressive. I am sure we are also being held back by a few expensive (very) wages, that are still on the books. So, all in all, I cannot understand the naysayers whinging
your kidding right. all the players he had to get rid of. he still bought in about eight players plus and you still want more. there is only so much harry could have done
Indeed, although done some decent work over the summer, to start the season without CB & striker cover was clearly a mistake. Did say we were only an injury/suspension or two away from struggling which is where we seem to now be
