Nearly killed myself yesterday

Took some Co Codomol for my toothache, did'nt feel so good and told Mrs Dev I was off for a lie down. Got to the stairs - about 3 or 4 steps up - and began to feel decidedly dizzy so I thought to myself, as you do, I'd better crawl up the stairs.

Next thing I know i'm looking up at Mrs Dev and she's saying "don't get up". I assumed i'd lain down for a nap in the hallway, apparently not. I got up anyway and managed to stagger into the living room and crash onto the couch. I was sweating like a priest in a kids home, this was worse than watching Rangers.

Anyway, I feel much better now, still a bit sore where I crashed into the walls on the way down, big hole in the gyproc where my head went through but otherwise a lucky escape.

Moral of the story, don't take Co Codomol.

Please take several before and after every meal

 

I don't think it's the medicine. I think it's simply because you're an old **** who's out of shape.

As i understand it yes, don't take with other paracetamol based drugs but you can take with Ibuprofen. I think the tablets are normally 500mg the same as Paracetamol but what the difference is between the two i don't know.

 

Had few single revs before I took the pills tbf.

I did, unfortunately people react differently to medicines, and having taken 2 the night before I thought I was fine. Clearly I was not but it's a lesson learned.

Having just double checked I now realise that 3 other medicines I had used recently may have been a contributory factor. That and my low blood pressure.

 

On the contrary Iain, shows I'm a lightweight when it comes to prescription drugs. Same as ching, took it once and it didn't agree with me.
