It looks a ****ing shambles. The performances on the pitch are more important than any signs though. As long as they remain good I will be as happy as I can be with Ashley in charge!!!

I hate Sports Direct so much. I flatly refuse to ever buy anything from it.

Amen, can't believe he's made his **** sign almost as big (if not the same size) as the "new" Newcastle United sign. At least this signals the last visible space (that I can think of) to deface with his horrendously cheap, chavtastic companies logo... the kernt!

I imagine Derek in the office with one of Mikes old shirts on back to front, cutting out giant letters from red and blue card. A roll of sticky back plastic and some UHU ready to plaster the roof of the Milburn. thank **** Dennis has gone.

Can't imagine what the reaction of some supporters, who maybe don't have access to the internet, when the go to the Blackburn game and are met with that load of ****. I sense an uproar.

We couldn't look any more two bit if we tried. Nevermind we knew this sort of bullshit was comng, and it is to be expected of this regime. They are still completely out of touch with football, the club history and supporters. C'est la vie, I'll just concentrate my energies on what happens on the field because I'm never gonna agree with these clowns while they pull this sort of crap.

I hope we still have the old letters stored somewhere.

Oh how I long for the day when that trash is pulled down.
It'll be like the Saddam Hussein statue. <laugh>

Wouldn't be so offensive I guess if he'd plastered this everywhere instead:

Least there's a bloody ball and it relates more to SJP! That'd still be like a choice between being forced to have a leg OR an arm amputated!

What makes it worse is the fact the 'Newcastle United' font has changed to the SD style.

Why Oh why do they feel the need to put SD.com on either side?

I'm not too fussed about the Ashley regime so long as it makes us a financially stable and we put in good performances on the pitch. I've also kept quite reserved in criticizing Ashley; the big sports direct on the gallowgate was one thing but this really takes the biscuit!

Has anyone checked out 'round the back in the skips?
The disrespect shown to this club's history is galling.

I believe the letters' true monetary value would rightly
be off the charts...<doh>

Equally disgusting logo. The lack of italics could have saved it, but the misery is suavely matched by the capitalised L in international, the hideously poor and inconsistent letter spacing and the generally pathetic illustrative attempt in the middle.

The ball in the centre was it's only redeeming feature over Sports Direct;
bit like comparing differences between two lumps of turd mind...
