I see your stat, and raise you Mark Bonner. When we signed him we won every game he played in without letting any in. He also scored every goal we did in his spell with us.
“I was delighted to score on my home debut, and to get an assist as well, it helps with the confidence,” said N’Doye. “It was a good performance by the team and we were delighted with the win. “Credit must go to my strike parter Nikica Jelavic as well because he was working very hard also. He’s a good player, and I enjoyed the experience of playing alongside him up front. It was a pleasure to provide him with an assist because we need to work together. He scored and I scored, so it was good for the team. “It was a great first time at the stadium and the fans were great. It is a fantastic place to play football.” “I used to watch the Barclays Premier League on TV when I was in Russia and it is very exciting to now have the opportunity to play my football in the English league,” added N’Doye. “I am excited to come here and I hope to perform and improve my game. I want to give my best and help the team. “We’ve worked hard this week and we got a good result against Aston Villa, so it was a good night.” http://www.hullcitytigers.com/news/...ur-for-ndoye-2264214.aspx#cjF5PVzdUfwauHda.99
Great start for sure by N'Doye. If he can play that well against Messrs. Terry and Cahill then i will be impressed. Sofa so gud mind.
N"Doye and Jelly should have a field day against QPRs defense. Ferdinand and Caulker are the slowest partnership in the division and Dunne is worse but he's out. How Dafoe didnt take them apart on Saturday is a mystery. With Diame back in and a settled back three we could really improve our goal differential. A good bet for 3 points!
Well having had time to digest his performance, what a lovely change it makes to be speaking about a proper centre forward who can actually hold the ball up and bring others in to the game. The goal was the cherry on the icing. Good start, lets hope it continues, and the understanding already with Jella was pretty impressive too for a first start together.
Looked Good early days yet but couldn't have done anymore on his debut, We now have three proper forwards fighting for two places which must be a good thing. hopefully the competition will be a good thing covering injuries, substitutions and keep all three on there toes
Shouldn't you be starting another thread about Mr Wenger's patronising post match interview or how you'd be mid table if you got points for playing well or about having another excellent performance or questioning how you lose by the narrowest of margins every week. You could even start another in order to have a group masturbation because Theo Walcott commended the professional "unlucky losers". Will somebody please remind me how many points you get for:- A. Getting patronised by Wenger after losing to his team. B. Playing well, but losing. C) Being consistently excellent despite consistently losing. D) Losing 1-0, 2-1 every week. E) Being told you're not bad by Theo Walcott immediately after losing to his team.
