Lads only been in the league a few months - we need to give him time to adjust surely. He's been thrown in at the deep end through injuries and I think he's been more swim than sink but has a long way to go. I hope we've found a cracker and he flourishes under Moyes as we get better and he gets more used to the pace and physicality of the league.
