In all fairness, rvw won't know what day of the week it is when he gets lumped from behind and nothing is given. How many hours is it since his last goal?
We wouldn't want to take that Donkey away from the Shrek lookalikes in the stands. Ipswich and McCarthy, a very good fit, one plays ugly whilst the rest just are.
Bitterness? I would say pot, kettle, black but that would be naff. I'll just sit back and wait until you are pissed, its 9:20 shouldn't be too long now.
I haven't heard any of the interview but of all the things said this has intrigued me the most because Mackay and Lennon are certainly not known for this. I wonder if there really is going to be a twist in the tail and we go for Zola or someone of that ilk. If it was to be Mackay then I do not understand the delay, something really interesting and bigger than we all think could well be going on. We might all get a pleasant suprise.
I wouldn't say no to him. He had his team playing good football from the highlights that I managed to see, then leverkeusen got rid of him. Don't know where he is now though
I wouldn't say no either, would be far riskier than Mackay though who I think would make us a nailed on to get at least a play off spot.
I'd be behind him to. Leverkusen getting rid of him seemed really odd to me. He was clearly overachieving with them, when they fell back to a perfectly respectable position (for them) he got the boot. Seems mighty harsh really. Played very good football, and started his career in a joint role alongside Sascha Lewandowski, so he'd no doubt be capable of working alongside a "technical director". Incidentally, Lewandowski was also the youth team coach at Leverkusen before, so Neil Adams alongside Sami Hyypia, with Ricky Martin technical director? I can dream.
