In fairness to Nathan Jones, his post match comments were fair & accurate. He admitted that we still have a lot of work to do to improve the attacking aspects of our game.
I know he’s managing at L1 level, but biggest issue IMO is he’s so one dimensional. No Plan B. Just hit & hope if we can’t over run sides.
Last season Jones kept us up, he deserved a medal. However, his football now is as boring and predictable as a post from Ridiculous.

It’s more a muddy cross country run on PE day, than flowing football.

I’ve just seen Nathan Jones confirmation that Mitchell was dropped today as a tactical decision our best defender ? Not even on the bench ?? I am not having that - I reckon they have had a bust up of some kind.
Dropped? There were a number of really bad decisions made today and dropping Mitchell is top of the list. Picking Kanu, A Campbell and donkey Ahadme. I still can’t believe how bad we were in the first half.

I reckon he has fallen out with Mitchell, Jones is the sort of bloke who could start a fight in a telephone box.
I have heard that , personal fall outs shouldn’t cloud footballing decisions though - he’s shot himself in the foot with that one !

Along with Lloyd Jones, Mitchell has been outstanding this season. I’m sorry, but Jones is telling porkies saying he was dropped for tactical reasons.
