Ganesha on Bemmy Parade for what is the closest to real Indian food I've tasted here as all the rest are usually Pakistani or Bangladeshi restaurants. And Blue Ginger at Gilda Parade in Whitchurch. Bengal food and friendly people. I can highly recommend the Jal Jal or Nagawala Chicken. Put a loo roll in the freezer in advance for these two dishes...!

Put a loo roll in the freezer in advance for these two dishes" This is my favourite Indian restaurant too, I'm a regular! favourite dish is Chicken Pathia but I also like a jal jal. The new Empire of India is also very good and worth a visit. (by the old Wingrove pub in Queens rd!)
