Think you and Brighton will do well and push on toward the playoffs. It has been the case in the last couple of seasons that teams with a winning mentality from Div 1 have continued that into the Championship. Good luck to you - it will be a very tight league next season, and whilst I am expectant about our own chances, I am taking nothing for granted.
Think the only thing that is certain is that the chavs will struggle, and if they do go in to admin, with the points deduction, will almost certainly be relegated.

My top 6 :-

LCFC
Cardiff
Reading
Saints or Brighton (the other missing out in 7th/8th)
Birmingham
WHU (cos of Nolan)

in no particular order

Where do you guys see Saints finishing? ....mid table?

I think if you'd came up last season (with the squad you have now) you may have sneaked into the playoffs, but there are too many good teams in the league last season.

I think you'll finish above Portsmouth though ;)

A promoted team has done well the last couple of seasons. That doesn't mean one will do well this season but if one does, it will be Southampton.

The Championship does look very difficult this year though. I'm not convinced we are good enough to win it yet. Are we going to score enough of our chances without Yakubu and are we going to continue conceding silly goals? Also, is Schmeichel any better than Weale or Ricardo?

Time will tell.
