    Indeed. Too easy clearly. Harder to follow.

    For number 3, the only chestnut Coolmore stallions i can think of (and find!) are Choisir and his son Starspangledbanner but the horse pictured doesn't have the same markings as either! Choisir has less white and Starspangledbanner has more . . .

    I think it's rather tricky actually. My first thought was Strong Flow, but i have revised that to top 2 miler Woolcombe Folly. It's definitely a Nicholl's inmate but a very indistinctive head. The only clue is the dramatic change in colour around the nostrils. I remember Strong Flow being a bit darker so i'll therefore finalise at Woolcombe Folly. I may be wildly wrong!
