What's the rule now? Is it the same as rugger, if you have stayed in a country for a certain length of time, you can play for that country or if you are educated in that country, you can play for them?
I think that's how Andrew Driver at Hearts is now in the Scotland set up. Terry Butcher's children both played for Scotland. His son was/is a rugby player and captained the Scotland U19 side a few years back, despite being born in England to English parents. His daughter played badminton for Scotland and I think is now one the coaches for the Scottish team. Butcher himself was the Scotland Assistant Manager until a few years ago.
